South By West was established to bring together our community by our shared love of good coffee and great buns!
We are an ethical coffee shop and micro-bakery and our core values are:
- Coffee: We only serve coffee that has been sourced from ethically responsible roasters who share our commitment to traceability and sustainability.
- Vegan: All our bakes, cakes and buns are baked from scratch with vegan ingredients.
- Waste: We are a plastic free coffee shop and we encourage the use of re-usable options. We compost our food waste
- Community: We promote links between creatives and other independents by using our base to highlight fantastic community working.
